Reltio Connect

While trying out Reltio workflow debugging, we have been asked to setup some local database.  In Real time, how Reltio manages the config? Does Reltio have similar databases ? If so can it be exposed to customers ? If not what is the best way to access the data ? I would need to gather some metrics on the number of change requests created, approved, rejected, reassigned, average time taken for approval etc.

I asked my engineering counterparts to properly address your questions. Reltio has similar databases but they cannot be exposed to customers. You should be able to consume the data you need through the REST API. Last but not least, please check our documentation for getting metrics.
