Hi All,
We have a requirement to report all the changes (attributes) wrt DCR, this should include the current as well as historical changes.
For example: 
If the DCR is raised: Requestor Email id, Attributes changed, DCR id, change request date, approver etc

As an operational data store, Reltio is focused on presenting current data.  For historical reporting, you should put the data in an analytical data store such as Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.  Reltio can help with its data pipelines for these data stores, or you can do it yourself via data exports or other integration techniques.
