Hi Shrikant -
The most effective way to monitor or govern changes to entities in Reltio, particularly when you need email notifications, is through the Data Change Request (DCR) workflow. This workflow includes a built-in email notification mechanism that alerts designated data stewards when changes (suggestions) are submitted. This allows for review and approval before the change is persisted to the entity, which is ideal for governed environments. Email notifications are also triggered (by default to the initiator) when the DCR is approved/rejected.
If you are looking for notifications after changes are committed, there isn't a built-in subscription mechanism per entity in Reltio today. However, you may consider alternative approaches as below, but they may require some config effort.
-
Integration via Reltio Integration Hub or API: You can configure workflows or recipes to monitor entity changes and trigger custom email notifications based on attribute-level updates.
-
Streaming / Change Events: If you're using Reltio Streaming, it's possible to listen for change events (e.g., attribute updates on specific entities) and route those events to downstream systems that send out email alerts.
