Survivorship strategies for the relationship attributes can't be configured from the data modeler UI. So, you will need to use the Get configuration(L3) API to retrieve the existing configuration, then add a survivorship group and the relevant survivorship strategies under it, and post the configuration back using API.
Here is a simple example for your reference.
