  • 1.  Unable to ADD NEW TAGs, but able to ADD EXISTING TAGs

    Hello Folks,

    We are facing a weird issue in Reltio.

    For an entity, we are not able to add a new tag value. But weirdly, we are only able to add a tag value that comes up in the suggestions.

    Any inputs / ideas folks?

    Aditya,

    If you are adding the tag from the UI, then can you verify if you are clicking Enter Key after adding the new tag value and then trying to save? 

    After you click Enter, the tag should be displayed like this before save

    From what I have seen If we just type the new tag name and click Save  i.e. don't press the enter key after typing the new tag name. The tag update doesn't go through.
