  • 1.  User task parameter in workflow

    Hi,
    I am trying to create DCR workflow. What values should go into below user task parameters:
    1. Assignee - Should I add user name here?
    2. Candidate users  - Should I add user email id here?
    3. Candidate groups - Should I add role names here?

    Hi @Gayatri Khatale

    If you put the usernames in the 'Assignee' or 'Candidate Users' parameters, all the tasks created by this step in the workflow, will be always assigned to that user only. 

    But, instead if you want to make a group of users, as possible candidates for assignment of these tasks, then you can leave the 'Assignee' and 'Candidate Users'  empty, and just add the ROLE NAME in the 'Candidate Groups' section. This way, all the users who have this role for the given tenant, will be candidates for task assignment and the tasks will be distributed in between them.
