  • 1.  Veeva CRM with SBC and DCR via API

    Can someone confirm if Veeva CRM  can leverage Reltio APIs directly for SBC and DCR .  Has this been done?  Did they use the Reltio Connector or have to use RIH?  If RIH, is SBC supported there as a function or again is it an API call?

    Hi Robert,

    Yes, its possible to.  We have SBC (Search Before Create) built within our Veeva CRM for users to tap into Reltio to look for HCPs/HCOs before they create new in Veeva CRM. It can be done via APIs using custom Visualforce page within Veeva CRM. We havent implemented DCR feature/workflows but I think its the same concept and supported. No need to use RIH (Reltio Integrations Hub) to achieve this in my opinion.
