    Is there a way to create match rules for grouping entity type, getting following validation error

    @Chris Detzel @Snehil Kamal Do you know if anyone can help with groupings. At present lot of duplicate groups are created in my environment.

    Hi Ashish,

    Currently, we do not support matching of the entity types that are used as a grouping entity. This is done to prevent the merging of households created by the grouping service. We will look to provide an option to merge records that are not created by the grouping service.

    Thanks @Chris Detzel and @Suchen Chodankar. Our concern is Grouping entity is actually creating exact duplicate groups with same et of  members. Please let me know if you have any suggestion.

    Hi Ashish,

    The grouping service should not create duplicate records if the automatic grouping match rule is set up correctly. You can consider mapping additional attributes from the member entity to the grouping entity to create a unique grouping entity.
