  • 1.  Are we able to copy subsets of data between tenants?

    Hello:

    We are interested in refreshing our DEV tenant with a subset of customers from our Prod Tenant.   ie a specific list of entities and relationships.

    We have placed CLONE requests in the past where  where we copy the ENTIRE tenant 's data from Tenant-1 to Tenant-2. 

    Is there some capability that would enable this?

    Hi Jim,

    Your Reltio entitlements include copying data from tenant 1 to tenant 2.  Please contact your CSM to initiate this.

    You should be aware that the dev tenants are limited to 200k profiles, so it may not be possible to copy the date to dev.
