Hello everyone,

I've been trying some permutations and combinations in building the below use case. But not getting it through.

We need to create a role that will have the permissions to initiate a workflow but should not have access to reassign a workflow to someone else in the UI. Data steward is a solid use case. Re-assigning a workflow is something which the approver role should be able to do, but not the data-steward role.

Can we have an example role that has this feature?

Sorry to necro this thread, but this was almost exactly what I was looking for. Is there a way to also grant permissions to see items in inbox? Right now I can only have the workflow items on the actual entity.

I'd like to make sure I have your ask correct:

You can see the workflow on the entity.  But you can not see the workflow in the Inbox?  Is the workflow item assigned to you?  Then you should be able to see it in the inbox.  Is it that you cannot navigate to the inbox from the chocolate bar menu?  Or you can navigate and the item is not there?
