Hi Reltio team,

What are the basic roles required for a user to login to tenant and read only the data and Can export the data. He should be restricted access to all console applications except export.

Can you specify which System role can satisfy the requirement ?

Hello User,

Reltio is an API-first product, meaning that any access granted to a specific role applies to both the UI and the API. Currently, there is no out-of-the-box role that provides access solely to the Export Application. However, you can create a custom role, grant read-only access to the relevant entities and relationships using metadata security, and then allow access to the Export Application at the service level.
