Need a custom role by which we can access entity data(edit, delete) but console access will be read only

    Hi ,

    I made a custom role by which  we can edit, read, delete entity data as well as  create and edit operation for attribute, survivorship rule and  relationship are also enabled.  But, I need everything under console will be in read only mode.

    Hello Abhishek,

    You can create a custom role and apply it to the metadata permissions security to control the ability to "edit, read, delete entity data".

    create and edit operation for attribute, survivorship rule and  relationship are also enabled.

    Assuming you mean being able to edit the data model, you can use the same custom role (or create a different one) to assign the data model CRUD access. Also, be aware that you will need to also add the ROLE_USER and ROLE_API roles to enable basic functionality to use the tenant.
