    Hi Team,

    Currently when a bulk DCR is submitted, the approvers are getting bulk notifications as part of governance process. This makes an approver users inbox getting clogged with multiple messages. We are aware that we have an option to disable the bulk notification as part of BULK DCR in tenant. But this will completely remove the notifications to approvers and approvers will be notified.

    Hence we want to see an option how to do an extract on BULK DCRs and generate a single custom notifications to approvers.

    I think the problem is that these are handled individually and in the process, it doesn't know that its part of a bulk operation.  You may be better off handling this with rules on your receiving email client.

    in order to have one email response, it would be necessary to have a 'wrapper' workflow that fires all the underlying workflows.  That does not exist.  The workflows are 'unaware' of the other ones, so there is no way to send only one email.
