Canonical value is not displayed for multiple entities in tenant

    Hi,

    some weird observation that code is still getting displayed for multiple profiles in the tenant even though right mapping (code/value pairs) exists in RDM. 

    In RDM: 

    Source A : code: 01, value: Singapore 
    Source B Reltio : code: 01_SN, value: Singapore 
    Canonical Value:code: 01_SN, value: Singapore 

    Data loaded with source A (code 01 is passed) in tenant by data loader, however entity is not taking Singapore value from RDM instead 01 is getting displayed. 

    Any thoughts ?

    There could be multiple reason for such behavior 

    1. L3 or RDM configuration is misconfigured

    2. Data is loaded prior to lookup load or RDM index issue - Try RDM reindex task if not resolved then you can try cleanup  transcode and then populate transcode RDM task
