I'm afraid this is not supported. The attributes used for matching must exist on both the customer and the data tenant for them to be used in the matching process. Since this flag does not exist on the data tenant, you may not be able to use it in your matching.

You can try this workaround which might help.

Map this flag attribute to any unused attribute in the data tenant. The unused attribute in the data tenant should be empty. You can then write a match rules with the condition that Flag is Yes/true or empty along with other matching criteria
