  • 1.  Customising the Potential Match Review Workflows

    Hi,

    I have registered a new Potential match review workflow along with the default out of the box potential match review workflow. However if I trigger any potential match review for any entity, it is sent to a default out of the box potential match review workflow.

    In the UI config file com.reltio.plugins.workflow.json ,I have a config called  "processType": "potentialMatchReview" 

    This is applying for all the entity types by default.  Is it possible to  customise this specific to entity type ?

    For example, entity type ABCD should have "processType": "potentialMatchReview"  and entity Type XYZ should have as "processType": "XYZpotentialMatchReview" ?

    Hi Gowthamprabhu Sivaraj,

    It is possible but requires customization of the process definition where you can branch your execution depending on an entity type attached to a workflow process entity. Something like on the picture below:

    Custom workflow with different branches for different entity types
