Hi, 

I want to delete canonical values in the lookup types. Can someone suggest an approach to perform this task?

Note: I prefer not to delete values manually. I want to delete bulk or specific selected canonical values, along with their sources.

You can automate this via RIH. Built a recipe which use custom action to delete the list  of lookup value/code etc. Input can be in RIH lookup table or a file, process can read from cloud/sharepoint location

Do we still can achieve deleting the lookup type values through RIH recipes ? If so can you please elaborate on the process.
