Hi Experts ,

We have Authoring  page where we can either direct create profile or use authoring workflow to create records through approvals .Now whenever  we are directly creating a record from Authoring page  instead of using the workflow after the creation is completed   it is taking us the search page or the dashboard instead of showing the profile view. This is happening with all admin access as well.

Please let me know how to resolve the same.

Is this happening in every environment (i.e. dev/test/prod)? if so, I'd take a look at the workflow.  disable it and see what happens.  My suspicion is that the workflow is taking you to the search screen when you don't want it to.
