Hi Team, 

Looking for a solution where Reltio provides service availability once disaster recovery happens.
More like a "Disaster recovery plan".

Example - If there is a disaster in Reltio's cloud side or in particular tenant - what will be the services that reltio provides to patch the broken things.

Disaster recovery IS built into the Reltio platform today.  There are many types of disaster, and the details of how Reltio mitigates the disaster will depend on the specific type of disaster you are looking to mitigate.  I suggest discussing this with your CSM or partner representative.
