Is there a deep dive webinar or resource that will demonstrate on how to setup auto-merging between DT and CT tenants using DTSS?

We do talk a lot about auto-merge in ​Reltio Community Show: Relevance Based Matching community show. I'm not sure if @Joel Snipes said it was between DT and CT tenants using DTSS though. Have you listened to this show? I will see I can help find an answer to this questions as well.

@Chris Detzel Thanks! I should also mention that I was shown instructions to setup up the same match rules found in the DT tenant into our L3. I am seeking details on how to engage the matching. I was told I have to create a subscription. I do not have the details on how to do that part. ​

Thanks for reaching out - we don't have a recorded webinar on DTSS but it's a good idea, we can plan something and put that on the calendar.

However, we do have a training available on Reltio Academy for DTSS which will help you give an understanding on how to configure that 'subscription' between DT and CT including the auto-subscribe with real time mode. Please check that out, and we'll soon plan a setting on DTSS on community.

Hi Gene,

You can also see some example subscriptions in the attached file. As Gaurav mentioned, you would set up  Autosubscribe action and the realtime sync in the synchronization config section of the tenant subscription.

The "DTSS Configuration Procedures" link in this documentation article is also a helpful resource. It contains a section on how to create the tenant subscription and it shows some example subscriptions as well. The real time sync and AutoSubscribe action Gaurav mentioned would be setup in the synchronization config section of the tenant subscription. I've attached a snippet of the article I mentioned below.

Would I be able to issue these calls myself and will it require me to have  elevated privileges ? If not, do I need to approach someone from Support to run them for me? ​

You're welcome! You should be able to run these calls yourself if you the Role_Admin or Role_DTSS_Admin privileges.
