I agree with Gino's comments above.
If you need a quick solution / demo for the proposal, you can export the Reltio data as a CSV file and import it into the Power BI app. However, keep in mind that this would be just for demonstration purposes. This approach will not be scalable.
As Gino has informed, the customer needs to bring their own data warehouse to integrate with Power BI. Below is the documenation on the Snowflake and GBQ connectors available today.

PowerBI would be your presentation layer, but where is the data warehouse? Is it Snowflake or Google Big Query? Reltio has connectors that stream the data from Reltio to those warehouses. If it is an other warehouse, then the Reltio export can be used to build a pipeline between the warehouse and Reltio.
