Abhi,
As you know, you can't apply filters while configuring lookups. I will stay away from dependent lookup unless it's mandatory to meet the requirements
Keep it Simple, Define a separate lookup for your needs which will help you with maintenance, and it's easy to resolve the unmapped values in the future if any.
Thanks

thank you for the reply, I am looking to apply a filter, not the dependent lookup.

while it is not directly a filter, you can create a dependent lookup. Typically, you will want to show data dependent on some other attribute. For example, the list of states should vary by the country. Reltio supports this with dependent lookups. Info can be found at https://docs.reltio.com/en/explore/get-a-crash-course/get-ready-to-turn-your-data-into-action/learn-about-multidomain-mdm/lookups-for-attribute-code-values/dependent-lookups

Subject: filter rdm lookup based on data
Hi Team,
I have a requirement to store various types of data into one RDM lookup, Now these data/lists will be used in multiple attributes in MDM respectively.
so my question is- Can I apply some sort of data filter in the mdm attribute to show only specific data into it from rdm?
One solution is there to create multiple lookups in rdm based on data/lists and use them wherever needed.
