Hey Praghya,

Few questions - Is the RIH connection using the same credential as the Postman? With your current RIH connection are you able to execute basic API like Get entity?

Thank you for your response.

And yes, same credentials work in Postman but somehow, it's gives error in RIH. 

Please let me know if you've come across this before or if you have any alternative solutions.

Have you put in the required request headers needed for the API Url?

Thank you for replying, and yes required headers are present in the API URL. 

Same request works perfectly in postman but fails in RIH. I have attached the screenshot in the first thread. 

Is this something to do with reltio ip? do we need to whitelist the ip ? I am thinking may be our Reltio Client doesn't allow connection from outside. That could be the only reason why it works in Postman and doesn't in RIH. Please suggest.
