    Hello Team, 

    I am getting below error in RIH while creating a recipe however same request works perfectly fine in POSTMAN, please suggest remedial steps :

    Hey Praghya,

    Few questions - Is the RIH connection using the same credential as the Postman? With your current RIH connection are you able to execute basic API like Get entity?

    Thank you for your response.

    And yes, same credentials work in Postman but somehow, it's gives error in RIH. 

    Please let me know if you've come across this before or if you have any alternative solutions.

    Hello Praghya,

    What is the endpoint you are trying to execute? Please check the RIH logs/recipe to see if end points are being correctly called and there isn't a misconfiguration. It's difficult to guide as there isn't enough details on the process being executed in RIH. Suggest you open a support ticket.

    Thank you for replying, and yes required headers are present in the API URL. 

    Same request works perfectly in postman but fails in RIH. I have attached the screenshot in the first thread. 

    Is this something to do with reltio ip? do we need to whitelist the ip ? I am thinking may be our Reltio Client doesn't allow connection from outside. That could be the only reason why it works in Postman and doesn't in RIH. Please suggest.

    I believe your Reltio connection is not setup in RIH. You can navigate to RIH portal -> Create -> Connection -> Add new connection, once it is set as connected, you can refer the connection in recipes
