  • 1.  How to define a survivorship fallback criteria based on Reltio Load Date

    Hi Team,

We are having one scenario where we are getting two different Entity name from two different crosswalk but from same source system.

Now the two crosswalk has exact Create date and Update date but they have different Reltio Load date.  Please see the screenshot.

Now as per the configuration in survivorship we can give Recency in the fallback Strategy (even in the nested fallback strategy) . But in this case it is not picking the crosswalk to show in OV which has the latest Reltio Load date.

As these two crosswalks have same Update Date hence it is picking up the older one randomly in showing in the OV.

How can we fix this issue and push the Recent record with recent Reltio Load Date in the OV ?

    Hello Avni,

Unfortunately, the Reltio Load date is not an option to configure within a survivorship rule. Recency only uses either the Crosswalk's Update Date, Source Publish Date, or Single Attribute Update Dates.

Please raise an enhancement request if you would like for PM to review.

    As an alternative:

In the integration layer, you can send a system timestamp to a new attribute to designate when the record is attempting to be updated from the integration layer. Then, you can use this new attribute to drive survivorship bases on the latest date.
