Not sure If I understood your last response correctly, expectation is to trigger a RIH recipe via workflow? If so that would require workflow customization. However you should be able to add the attribute based on my previous comment.

Subject: Is it possible to modify an entity attribute with worflows ?
Thanks for your answer, in my workflow form is it possible to have 2 options like one "valid data" and another one "invalid data" that both go to endpoint and then in the RIH have 2 endpoints depending on the decision made on the form. I want to have in the same attribute Invalid or Valid. Or do I need to add the attribute manually ?
Thanks in advance

OOTB DCR requires customization to support your requirement. However there are ways to achieve it, one of the simplest way in my mind is to leverage RIH. Consume SQS in RIH -> parse change request event -> verify if DCR is completed -> post attribute as "Reviewed"

Hi
When the quality of the entity is reviewed by data stewards, the workflow is marked as reviewed and then end, I would like to flagg the entity as "Reviewed"with an attribute. Is it possible ? without hard workflow customization ?
Thanks in advance
