  • 1.  Is there a way to limit accounts sent to the Reltio SFDC Connector

We have implemented the SFDC connector to send accounts to Reltio with basic acocunt fields (billing address etc.)

We have some batch processes that run over night in Salesforce that trigger updates to a large number of accounts > 200K.  These batch process update fields on the account object that are not mapped into Reltio but the account records are still getting inserted into the Reltio Sync object.  This causes a big backlog in the SFDC connector that can take several hours to process.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Are there any approaches that have been implemented to either restrict the recrods getting inserted into the Reltio Sync object or bypass sync records not required by Reltio?

    Thanks

    Hi Mike,

As discussed during the meeting, for such a requirement currently you can enhance the Reltio sync trigger and consider the fields for replication. We are also internally evaluating if this can be provided through the product.
