I am looking for an option to create multiple lookup types in RDM tenant instead of creating one by one?

Yes, RDM config can be update via single API call.

You can get the existing configuration using GET {{RDMTenantURL}}/configuration/{{RDMTenant}}
and update the configuration with new lookup types/source via PUT {{RDMTenantURL}}/configuration/{{RDMTenant}}
