Yes, it is unique.

You should open a ticket. Something is wrong. Your URI is unique, right?

Hello!
At least on my side it's still not showing up even when clicking "Show all attributes"
When exporting data from the entity I can see that we have two (One being the custom attribute I'm trying to use):

But in the rule builder I only see the one (Which is not the custom one trying be to used):

Thank you!!

I created a custom attribute (see My Custom Attribute in screen shot below) and was able to add it via the match rule builder. I did need to select the link to 'show all attributes' as only recommended attributes show by default.

I tried using the rules builder instead of the Advanced editor and the custom attribute does not show up on the list.

Hi Ujwal,
There is no limitation to using custom attributes in a match rule. I would suggest that you use the match rule builder in console, as that would prevent an error in the URI path.

Hello all!
Was just wondering if there was any way to set match rules to use custom attributes that have been created.
Tried using the URI path of the attribute but got an error.
Thank you!
