Hello experts,

We haven't done this exploration before. But considering multiple entity types have a possibility of triggering a DCR let's say. Can you please guide on how to achieve the mother-child workflow pattern?

That is, dataChangeRequestReview being the obvious mother and based on which, we will check the entity type and trigger another workflow corresponding to that entity type.  This would provide a better control, flexibility and deviation for all the entity types.

OR

Is there a way to directly call a specific workflow process based on the entity type we are SUGGESTING in suggest mode?

Can you please guide on the same?

Calling an alternate / child workflow is feasible in a service task, but it would be an asynchronous process.  It could be tricky to pass the change request object to an alternate workflow, but could be possible.  I would encourage you to explore the two methods mentioned in the above thread first.
