Reltio Connect

I have reltio configured to push entity changed messages to an outbound SQS queue. On occasion, I receive an SQS message with the following payload.

{"type":"ENTITY_CHANGED","uri":"entities/1wTxIz","deltas":{"ovChanged":true,"entityType":"MyEntityType"}}

Why doesn't it have a delta property with the details of what changed? Most other messages generated by this same configuration do have the delta property.

Hi Joseph,

Is the OV Enabled for the delta?  If so, possibly non ov values might have changed which might have caused an update to the entity .

Yes, transmit OV Only is Enabled.

Why would the outgoing sqs message set the value of "ovChanged" to true if the ovs have not changed?

This sounds like it is a bug?

Hi Joseph,

check your physical configuration, the attributes(as like uri, type etc...) should be added under "JVM Events Filtering Fields". If it doesn't contain attributes, then you will not be able to see attribute values even you selected full snapshot.

Check if Delta changes are visible in profile activity log. If it is showing and delta is changed, then this will be a bug
