    Hi,

    I would like to know what the possible errors are, or the errors occurred while loaded data into Reltio. 

    I have attached a few of the errors we have faced. Would like to know what the possible errors are, and if possible, why those errors occur.

    There are couple of errors in data model as I can identify
    1.  Crosswalk id is same for multiple entity types. You can add sourceTable as HCO and HCP in the crosswalk to fix the issue
    2. Relationship configuration seems to have issue

    Hi Sunil,

    Regarding point 2 - Relationship value / entity value mentioned in the relationship file belongs to HCO, but it has value as HCP.

    Either repoint the relationship from HCP to HCO to solve the issue or source file should have entities belonging to HCP.
    I think correcting the relationship rule will solve the point 3 as well.
