Does Reltio Integration Hub supports Real-time integration from source systems to integrate legacy webservices call to Reltio API calls? Please share your inputs.

Thanks for reaching out on the community.

Whether of not real time integration is supported depends on the source system. RIH has numerous connectors that allow you to connect to various applications and within these connectors there action available which allow for real time/polled/batch integrations. These actions use the APIs from the source application and so if the source application has real time integration capabilities and an action is available, you can use it to build the recipes.

The other option is to use webhooks. If your application supports webhooks, then you can build RIH recipes as web hooks and integrate into your application.

For near real time integration you can use a distributed messaging queue like SQS, Pub/Sub or even Kafka where your application can post messages and RIH recipes can pickup those messages.
