Hi Vinoth,
The rdm data loader utility will generate/execute the json for the lookups api for the data and configuration that you supply.
You can add new entries to existing lookup types (adding 'Ten', 'Eleven')
However, it is important to note that for each rdm entry (canonical value) that you include/configure all sources entries whether it's new or an update.
In the example below if you reloaded canonical value 'Eight' - you still need to include configuration/data for all the sources that you need (Reltio, Test1, Test2). Any entry that you load will not retain the other sources for that type unless you include it. If you load only 'Eight' with 'Reltio' source and no other, then the 'Test1', 'Test2' sources will no longer be present.
If you decide to add a completely new item alone in a single run - say 'Ten' - then it won't affect the existing ones as it does not remove other canonical value items (only adds or overwrites).
