    Hi,

    I was going through the website, and found that the ROCS utils are not availabe anymore via public repo. If this utils has been moved to some other location, can you please share them?

    Diptam, FYI, ROCS are no longer supported by Reltio. For example if you are using ROCS for data loading, Reltio recommends moving to the Data Loader.

    We need another resource that provides customers generic tools and solutions. I've rarely seen a vendor dropped support for a set of tools/utilities and then fail to provide an alternative, even if the alternative was something produced within its online community.

    @Joseph Papp - can you provide any clarity on the test block added to the ROC's page linked above:

    Attention: ROCS utilities are temporarily unavailable as we transition to a governed distribution model. These tools will be available soon through a supported access path. Check back for updates.

    We have been using some of these tools for mass updates, data loading and mass deletion of entities.  Having them no longer available for use would mean "reinventing the wheel" for us.  

    The relative performance of the Console data loader is very low.  We performed a partial update activity on 1.25 million relationship crosswalks in a little over  16 minutes - or 1,300 updates/sec.

    One slight modification I'd like to add to Joe's post.  ROCS was never supported by Reltio.  I've been an employee for almost 10 years and I remember walking in the door people telling me ROCS tools were available for use, but not supported product.  They were very useful utilities, but have been replaced with much more stable enterprise grade tools.  I would not want anyone to walk away from this thread thinking that Relito walked away from supported product.

    TBH, I'm surprised that @James Mattheiss has found Data Loader to be slow.  It may not be as fast as ROCS in some circumstances but it is an enterprise grade tool which it is safe to say that ROCS never was.  My experience in loading data with Data Loader is that for large loads it performs very fast.  Throughput is not as fast on smaller loads as components need to start up, etc.  But once it gets going, its very fast.
