2.How different is seed and update notification type in full product

3.Will the monitoring framework provide the delta records say if new company is registered in market what would be notification type

1. The notification type can be either Full Product OR Update. D&B connector only support the 'Full Product' notification type. The 'Update' notification that delivers the delta changes are is not supported.
