Following an update on the source profile, we have observed that non-OV profiles are automatically unmerged. However, the D&B crosswalk associated with the profile remains merged with the OV Profile.
As per our business requirements, we need the D&B crosswalk to be unmerged or lost as soon as there is an update on the source data. Unfortunately, the D&B crosswalk persists despite these updates. We have reviewed the documentation on Auto-unmerge(Automatically unmerge entity records | Reltio ) , which indicates that Auto-unmerge is not possible for Reltio Enrichment with D&B when using a third-party Data Tenant Subscription Service (DTSS). However, since we are utilizing the D&B datablock connector, we are seeking possible solutions to unmerge the D&B crosswalks.
