Hi All,

 I am seeking guidance on whether it is possible to parameterize a custom workflow in Reltio to differentiate between an auto-approval process and a user task review, based on parameters passed during workflow initiation.

Use Case:

1. In our current custom workflow, when it is triggered (either manually or via RIH), it passes through a user task. Upon approval, it routes to a service task, and the workflow concludes successfully.

2. In a different scenario, we would like the same workflow to trigger an auto-approval process, eliminating the dependency on user review tasks. We plan to use a flag, and if its value is true, the workflow should proceed without requiring user review or approval.

Is there a way to achieve this by passing specific parameters in the workflow? If so, I would greatly appreciate any guidance or examples you could provide.

You can set parameters in BPMN file, read it via custom code and take action appropriately
