    Hi
    While loading data into Reltio through data loader, a nullpointer exception is thrown. Why is this exception thrown and How to resolve it?

    Which Data Loader are you using ? The UI Based Data loader or the ROCS one ?

    I tried with a small mapping and looks like there is no platform related issue. It could be with the mapping or the storage mode which you are using ?

    Trying to load Excel file and mapping is done correctly.. but load failed and shows this error.

    If you drill into the screen, it takes you to another one with details.  Here there is a file that should have the details of your error....

    1. Job ID or Job Name, tenantId

    2. date/time when the issue happened. ​
