  • 1.  Data Quality Tab is not showing the data meet with Validation Function

    Hi Team,

    We are not able to see any stats in below section of the data quality tab :-

    Although we have multiple records caught by validations functions and messages are showing.Please let us know how to enable the stats in this section.

    Hi Utsa Das,

    On looking into above scenario, i could think of below steps. Hope it helps.

    1. Running Consistency check job - which can be accessed by Console -> Tenant Management -> Jobs
      Which could solve inconsistencies between primary and secondary storage

    2. Running Revalidate job - which can be accessed by Console -> Tenant Management -> Jobs
      Which Primarily focuses on re-validating all validation functions. Not a solution, but it could fix any issues caused by Validation functions

    3. Through Reltio Support team - I believe they have a job to sync between backend and front-end data discrepancies.
