As per the discussion with reltio product team, we got to know that the cleansing is happening based on the data in https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress. But for a different address, we found the data is not the same through USPS and cleanse functions.

Could you please help me in understand this issue and resolve it.

The cleansing results may also vary depending upon the cleanser configuration defined in the L3 and the physical configuration. Few influencing parameters can be the CASS, pre-processing parameters, and address cleansing properties definition for the tenant:

If I understand your question correctly you are asking why you cleanse is returning 

"300 S HAWTHORNE RD DEPT OF"
rather than

"300 S HAWTHORNE RD DEPT OF WINSTON SALEM"
