  • 1.  How to merge two profiles which do not show up in Potential Match Queue?

    Hello community,

I wanted to merge two profiles which are duplicates of each other after stewarding them. However, they do not show up as potential matches of each other when I select the specific records.

Is there a way to still merge these profiles manually in Reltio?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello Rushil,

There are multiple ways to force the merge on entities as you requested:
    • Through the Reltio API; Please refer to this documentation: Link
      • Can also instead of directly merging them, mark them as matches first; Please refer to this page of the documentation: Link
    • Via the Reltio UI, you could navigate to the matches page, there is a sub-page there called "Find a Match"; You could use it to find the other entity and also mark them as matches in Reltio

Note: Please consider working on changing your match rules. Since you  mentioned they are not marked as matches no Reltio, maybe this is an issue with the match rules themselves worth researching into.

Note 2: If you have accidentally set them as not a match before, refer tho this video which explains how to reset the not-a-match option: Link

    Hi Rushil,

I made a quick video of me doing what you requested. Please note that in the new Potential Match View you can only use filters to find the record you want to match to. However, if you change to the old view you can use search. I changed views in the video as an example
