Reltio Connect

Hi All,

When we try to extract potential matches out of reltio using ROCS utility , we are getting only one address (top) from both source and match profiles and also address is not  involving in match rule . For example , if 123 Main address( top address), 654 Main Address  in Profile 1 and 0987 Main address(Top address), 654 main street  in Profile 2, we are getting 123 Main address ,0987 Main address in the extract instead of 654 main street,654 main street .

Could you please let us the know the resolution to the above issue ?

You can update mapping file as below to export multiple nested attributes via Potential match export utility
