While working with Reltio ROCS Utility, we noticed an issue while trying to load tags using the mapping file.
During testing, we observed the following:
- We are able to map or hardcode the tags value in the ROCS mapping file.
- However, in the generated JSON, tags are being placed under the attributes section instead of the root level.
- Because of this, Reltio treats tags as a regular attribute and tries to validate it against the data model. Since tags is not defined as an attribute, the values are not being loaded.
We were unable to find any supported option in ROCS mapping to place tags outside the attributes section.
Could you please confirm if ROCS supports mapping system attributes like tags at the root level, or advise if there is a recommended workaround such as a transformation step or post-processing via API?
