  • 1.  RDM Workflow - Inbox Issue

    We are currently testing RDM Suggest Mode with DCR workflow enabled and have encountered the following two issues during validation -
    1.  When a Data Change Request (DCR) is raised from RDM in Suggest Mode, the DCR is successfully created, but no corresponding task appears in the Reltio Inbox
    2.  For the same RDM DCR workflow, the Approver name is not available to assign in the workflow task. The "Assigned To" field remains blank, even though approver roles are configured.

    if you try this with a user who has the tenant admin role, does it work then?  Doing this will make sure that everything workflow related is configured properly on the back end.

    If it does work for the tenant admin, it would seem that perhaps the approver role should be double checked.
