How to remove edit permissions from a role if a role is Data approver, but he can only Approve and Reject the DCR workflow but cannot edit the data he changed.

You can set up the applyDcrWithoutPermissions parameter to true in Physical Configuration so that if User has READ and ACCEPT_CHANGE_REQUEST they will be able to Approve the DCR without the need of CREATE,  UPDATE,  DELETE
