  • 1.  Saved Search Facet is not working

    Hi Experts ,

    We have multiple Saved search in our tenant and these are all made for Public(Everyone).But when we have configured the Saved Search Facet in the dashboard ,it is not showing any data even if we have multiple Saved Searches for Entity.

    Please guide us how to resolve the same .

    Hi Utsa,

    Can you check dashboard UI config and search for FilteredSavedSearchesFacet and it should look same as below:

    Update countResults to true and let us know if that works or not.

    Hi ,

    There are two config files for dashboard :-

    com.reltio.plugins.dashboard

    com.reltio.plugins.newDashboard

    And the Saved Search facet  has two properties as below :-

     "favoriteOnly": true,
       "countResults": true

    Please let us know anything else needed to do to resolve the issue .

    Are you not able to view count or the entire saved searches?

    Hi Utsa,

    Remove the  "favoriteOnly": true, and you will see all the searches and if you mark favorites then only favorites are shown
