  • 1.  Set "search for active and inactive entities" as default for every user

    Hi Reltio community,
    we deal with lots of inactive entities and therefore it would be very useful, if every Reltio user can see them (with grey background) by default. I know that every user may set this option and then it is stored for him, but the most colleagues are not aware of that.

    Hi Klaudia,

    At the moment, it is not configurable, and the default value is 'Active only'. Please create an enhancement request. I believe it won't be a big change and would be a valuable addition to the platform

    Hi Snehil,

    I have raised new Aha request as below, please take it forward with Reltio Engg. team to implement it. Our users unable to see Iactive profiles by default and it creates panic situation for them as they consider it the data is lost and creates lots of issues for system admins.
