    Hi Community,

    our users looking for a email notification for entity changes in Reltio.

    Is it possible for users to subscribe to changes to a specific entity and get email notification upon changes?

    apart from workflow is there any other way we can achieve this ?

    Yes – this can be achieved using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).

    With RIH, you can configure a pipeline that listens for entity change events (via Reltio's change notifications / streams) and then trigger an email action (or integrate with Slack/Teams, ticketing tools, etc.). This way, users can "subscribe" to specific entity changes and automatically receive notifications without relying on workflow.

    So apart from workflow, RIH is the recommended way to implement change-based email alerts.
