Is there a notification mechanism in RIH to send out a notification to User if the RIH task limit breaches a pre defined threshold?

There is no OOTB functionality to send automated emails in this scenario but you can write a recipe that uses the recipeOpe connector to calculate the tasks and then use a email notification step in the recipe to send those details

Thanks Saurabh, I believe this would require change in task calculation recipe everytime a new recipe is added.
