Hi Team,

This discussion is regarding beautification of email that are sent through RIH (Workato Email notification App).

I have configured it as attached below - 

Email i have received - 

Question - I have used HTML formatting and also used tags like <\n> and others. Still i don't see spacing, Font changes in the email received.

Any thoughts on this .?

Have you tried using Text instead of HTML

As we are using Text and we get all the Line breaks and spacings.

You need to use HTML Line break tag <br>

Hi Chetan,

You can also consider using Workato Message template feature to build your desired email template using HTML and then populate the related fields in the template from the recipe. This way, if you want to further make any modification in the HTML, you can do that in the template directly.

Here is one sample message template that I had built for a simple custom email. 

The email it generated :
